Refund and Returns Policy


All of our garments are made to order, and embellished especially for you! For this reason we do not accept returns or exchanges on garments once they have been embellished and or personalised. Unless the garment is deemed faulty.

It is imperative you are choosing the correct size – if you are in any doubt please contact us.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you wish to discuss a return with us please contact us first via email or before sending any garments back to us. Returns will be dealt with on an individual basis please be aware we may ask you to provide photos, and you may be liable for any postage costs if we accept the garment back.


In the majority of cases we ship all orders via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service.
